Daniel has over 20 years of Service Delivery experience in Banking and Utilities and has been with IT-Freedom for over 2 years as the Customer Support Manager.
In his previous role, he was responsible for the delivery of a major Operational service to the Electricity Industry; ensuring SLA's were met, producing monthly Service Reports, acting as the Single Point of Contact for any issues and played an active role at Operations, Contracting and Service Improvement meetings.
Daniel has a wide experience of all aspects of Service Delivery and IT Operations Management, Service Desk, Change, Problem and Incident Management, ITIL, Team Management and documentation best practices.
