Gail has spent over 27 years in the insurance industry specialising in General Claims Management, Project and Programming Management.

Gail has undertaken business programme management and transformation management leadership roles, including a 2 year programme of an in-house Claims Management System with 10+ Modules and Accounting integration within Ai Claims Solutions PLC.

Gail brings experience of leading roles in major transformation programmes, implementation of core claims systems for multiple insurers and intermediaries including RSA, Marsh, Esure and Swiftcover.com, has a background in implementation of multiple claims systems, has been a Global Supplier Manager for Zurich Financial Services UK & Europe and a Claims Manager for Eagle Star Household and Motor.
