Richard Hepper

Richard has spent over 20 years in IT, the last 11 in the General Insurance sector.  Most of this time has been in the area of Management Information.

Richard has studied and implemented within IT-Freedom the Data Warehousing techniques of the Kimball Group, the techniques that have now become the standard for the MI and Business Intelligence world.  These techniques have led to the successful development of the IT-Freedom ICE Track™ solution, including the dimensional ICE Cube™ Data Warehouse.

With a combination of business, team leading and technical skills Richard has successfully implemented MI solutions for a number of IT-Freedom clients.  He has also recently acted as MI consultant for a number of major GI companies, including Hertz Europe (Claims) and Liverpool Victoria.

Before joining IT-Freedom, Richard worked for Technology in Marketing and The Innovation Group, consulting for other major Insurance companies including Friends Provident, Zurich, RSA and CGU.
